【美國–Wisconsin–美式料理】Café Hollander

星期六的早晨，十點多也算是晚起床了，

和朋友一同去享用Brunch當一下美國人。



Café Hollander是位於學校到宿舍間的一家餐廳，周末早上提供Brunch。





QUICHE LORRAINE (USD$7.95) The classic quiche: cream, eggs, sautéed onions, bacon and Gruyere cheese baked to golden brown in a tender crust. Served with Hollander potatoes.

朋友說並沒有很多間Brunch有提供這種鹹派，所以一看到Menu上有這個就毫不遲疑了，

這個派是鹹的，起士、火腿和Cream Cheese的搭配讓人覺得非常融合，

雖然是在吃Brunch但比較偏像Lunch的感覺。





CHEESE OMELET (USD$7.95) Three-egg omelet folded with gruyere and white cheddar cheese, served with Hollander potatoes and whole wheat toast.

裡面真的只有起士的Omelet，一次三顆蛋下次實在是不得了啊！

只有起士卻也不會顯得單調，有一種回歸純樸的感覺。





CLASSIC EGGS BENEDICT (USD$8.95) Poached eggs, smoked ham, on a toasted English muffin, smothered in our homemade hollandaise sauce and served with Hollander potatoes.

有點像McDonald's的早餐，但高級精緻多了，重點是裡面的蛋並沒有破，

所以當把蛋汁淋上English muffin的時候，真的是絕讚的享受啊！

也讓我了解原來English muffin是這樣的吃法。





這家店夏天周末的時候，很適合在戶外吃飯，

享受Milwaukee的溫暖陽光，是一種非常讚的感覺哦！
