【美國–Wisconsin–Brunch】Brocach Irish Pub and Restaurant

實在是太愛在星期日的早上吃著溫暖的Brunch，某一天又跟朋友光臨沒去過的Brunch餐廳，這其實是一家Irish的Pub，裡頭的裝潢就是喝烈酒的feeling，但其實我們是看上室外的位子。

首先上桌的是鬆糕？我也不知道這個英文是什麼，但是吃起來的口感和台灣的發糕很像，甜度對我是剛剛好，所以也就通通吃掉了。

EGGS BENEDICT ($12.00): English muffin with choice of rasher, smoked salmon, crab cake, or grilled mushroom. Topped with poached eggs and hollandaise. Served with grilled asparagus and potatoes
美式Brunch的固定餐單，班乃迪克蛋，荷蘭醬的可口可是重點啊。

BIG IRISH BREAKFAST ($11.00): The breakfast of champions. Includes Irish sausage, rashers, black and white pudding, grilled tomato, baked beans, toast and two eggs any style
這是我點的Irish Breakfast，我這個人就是一定要點一些代表Irish的食物，
這盤的香腸實在是很妙，口味帶微酸，但是因為太多香腸，我真的吃得超撐的。

朋友最後點了一杯Bloody Mary，我一直對Bloody Mary的味道不是甚愛，實在不曉得為什麼美國人這麼愛星期日早上喝這個。
